The selection process is run by an independent selection panel chaired by Peter Thompson and includes Phil Muir, Dame Trelise Cooper, Sir Brendan Lindsay and Rachel Taulelei.

We welcome nominations for individuals, both living and deceased, who have made significant contributions to New Zealand’s business landscape. The New Zealand Business Hall of Fame honours those who have achieved a lifetime of excellence in business and commerce, demonstrated exemplary leadership and innovation, and made a positive impact on the community and the broader economy.
